Commercial terms
What the quotation will cover.
Payment
India. Advance payment against the quotation, with a GST invoice on dispatch. The exact schedule is written in each quotation. Overseas. Part advance with the balance before dispatch, or a letter of credit when that is agreed in the quotation.
Delivery in India
Dispatch from Ambala Cantt by road or courier. Typical transit after dispatch is 3 to 7 days, depending on the destination.
Shipping worldwide
EXW Ambala Cantt as the standard term. FOB an Indian port when that is agreed in the quotation. Sea or air, with your forwarder or ours. Documents include a commercial invoice, packing list, test certificate, certificate of origin, and operation manual. Standard supply is 230 V, 50 Hz.
Lead times
Stock items: About 7 to 14 days, confirmed in the quotation. Made to order: About 3 to 6 weeks after the order is confirmed, depending on the specification.
Installation
Every order includes an operation manual and remote support. On-site installation is quoted separately when it is available for your location.
Warranty and spares

Which currency do you quote in?
Orders in India are quoted in INR. Overseas orders are quoted in USD unless we agree another currency.
